“有縁千里”──たとえ遠く離れていても、ご縁ある人は必ず巡り会う。
その想いを胸に、中国料理の伝統に現代の感性と繊細な技を融合させた
《中華ガストロノミー》をお届けしています。
一皿には、旬の食材の魅力と物語を織り込み、
味覚・視覚・香りまでも愉しませる芸術のような体験を込めました。
茶室を思わせる静謐な空間、器の美しさ、ワインとの調和──

Nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Esaka, Osaka,
lies the Chinese restaurant “Mei.”
“Yuen Senri”—even if separated by distance, those with a connection will inevitably meet.
With this belief in mind, we offer “Chinese Gastronomy” that
blends traditional Chinese cuisine with modern sensibilities and delicate techniques.
Each dish we create weaves together the charm and story of seasonal ingredients,
offering an artistic experience that delights the senses of taste, sight, and smell.
In a serene space reminiscent of a tea room, surrounded by the beauty of
the tableware and the harmony of wine, we offer a moment that
satisfies all five senses—exclusively for our valued guests.

旅と修業が紡ぐ、物語の一皿
私は香港の老舗中国料理店で点心師を務めた香港人の師のもと、
二年間技を磨きました。
その後も香港や台湾に赴き、食材を買い付ける旅を続けています。
近年は毎月バイクで日本各地を巡り、ツーリングの道中で出会う
新たな食材とのご縁を大切にしています。
ひと皿には、その旅で出会った食材の恵みと、
師から受け継いだ技、そしてお客様への想いを込めています。
火入れ、香り、余韻──繊細な設計の一皿が、
大切な人と過ごす時間に静かに寄り添い、
語らずとも伝わる“深い満足”をもたらすことを願っています。

I honed my skills for two years under a veteran Hong Kong chef
who worked as a dim sum chef at a long-established Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong.
honing my culinary skills.
Since then, I have continued to source ingredients in Hong Kong and Taiwan,
searching for the highest quality materials.
In recent years, I have been traveling around the country every month on my motorcycle,
continuing my quest to discover new ingredients.
Each dish is crafted using the blessings gained from
my travels and the techniques I have inherited,
with every detail—from heat, aroma, to aftertaste—carefully designed.
These are dishes meant to be shared with loved ones,
bringing an indescribable “deep sense of satisfaction.”
